Pot Holder First Aid Kit

These are the instructions for our potholder first aid kit. We have created literally hundreds of them over the past four years and are so excited to share the instructions with you (so that we don't have to make anymore!)

There are literally hundreds of different items you could include in your kit and part of that depends where you will keep it. I always have medicine (ibuprofen and antacid) and band-aids galore!

When we made them and sold them we included over 40 items
: sting relief pads, ibuprofen, hydrocortisone ointment, antacid tablets, triple antibiotic ointment, betadine pads, antiseptic towels, band aids (several sizes), 2” x 2” gauze sponges, non-aspirin pain relief, cotton tip applicators, silk tape, tongue blade, burn packet and non-latex gloves. This kit is excellent for emergency kits, work desks, diaper bags, purses or your vehicle.
