There are literally hundreds of different items you could include in your kit and part of that depends where you will keep it. I always have medicine (ibuprofen and antacid) and band-aids galore!
When we made them and sold them we included over 40 items: sting relief pads, ibuprofen, hydrocortisone ointment, antacid tablets, triple antibiotic ointment, betadine pads, antiseptic towels, band aids (several sizes), 2” x 2” gauze sponges, non-aspirin pain relief, cotton tip applicators, silk tape, tongue blade, burn packet and non-latex gloves. This kit is excellent for emergency kits, work desks, diaper bags, purses or your vehicle.
